I always wanted to be a personal trainer and started my journey after completing my degree in Sport & Exercise Science.
I now have over 15 years of experience working one to one as a personal trainer. I’m always continuing to learn so I can bring you the best training knowledge and advice out there.
In 2016, I set up my own commercial personal training studio and gym in Chester, Synergy Health & Performance, which I ran for 10 years before shifting my focus to building the TPT Virtual Studio, creating YouTube content, and continuing to coach both in person and online.
